Will you let my dog off lead on walks?
We try to follow your routine, but initially, for your dog's safety they'll be on lead

Can my dog be walked alone, she's very nervous?
Absolutely, solo walks are available

Will I get updates?
Yes, lots!

When boarding, what do I need to bring?
Food, favourite toy/blanket, bed

Where will my dog sleep?
Wherever they are happiest & most comfortable

Are you Insured and DBS checked?
Yes

Do I need to pay a deposit?
A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking, balance is due at drop off
 
Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
All dogs must be fully vaccinated (kennel cough, flea & worming).
Proof of vaccinations is required

Does my dog need to be microchipped?
Yes, since 2016 it is law that all dogs are microchipped
 
Do you accept unneutered dogs?
 Yes, as long as they are the only unneutered dog boarding

Can you give my dog medication?
Of course, as long as this has been discussed
 
Can you take my dog to it's vet appointment?
Absolutely, we can help with that
 
What happens if I’m running late for collection?
We appreciate things happen, but if pick up is over an hour later than agreed,
there will be a surcharge of £5 for each additional hour

Can my dog be crated at your house?
That's fine, please bring it with you

Is there a weekend supplement?
There's no extra charges for weekends

Is there a supplement for Bank Holidays and Christmas?
Yes, there's an additional 50% charge

Are you flexible with collection/drop off times?
We will always try to accommodate your needs

Do you meet the dogs beforehand?
Yes, we arrange a free meet & greet to get to know you both

My dog loves cuddles, is she allowed on your sofa?
Yes absolutely, endless cuddles available everywhere!

Will my dog have a trial sleepover?
Yes, for any stays longer than 3 nights a trial is necessary
